Bill is just one of those guys that you KNOW you can trust. We've done several loans with Bill over the years. And we go back to him not for how easy it always is, how caring concerned and dedicated he is, or what good rates and loans we have gotten. All of that is true. However, the reason we keep going back to Bill is for the loans he DIDN'T sell us. When a mortgage broker says "I don't think this is a good time for you to refi / get a loan / etc", it can be a little bit like a car salesman saying "no, you really don't want to buy that car, it's a lemon". In other words, it just never happens.
But Bill is one of the most honest, ethical people I have ever met in the loan industry or anywhere. When Bill offers a deal, it is because it is in our best interest as the buyer. Not just because he wants to sell us something to line his own pockets.
